3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
3.1 Inside Dhaka
- Standard Delivery: 1-2 business days
- Express Delivery: Same day or next day
- Delivery Charge: ৳60-100
3.2 Outside Dhaka (Sub-district Areas)
- Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days
- Delivery Charge: ৳100-150
3.3 Outside Dhaka (District Areas)
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
- Delivery Charge: ৳120-180
4.1 Eligibility
- Orders above ৳999 qualify for free shipping
- Applies to standard delivery only
- Inside Dhaka and major cities
- Promotional periods may have different thresholds
4.2 Exclusions
- Express or same-day delivery
- Remote or hard-to-reach areas
- Bulk orders (negotiable)
- Standard Orders: 1-2 business days
- Custom Orders: 3-5 business days
- Pre-orders: As specified on product page
- Sale Periods: May take additional 1-2 days
Orders placed before 2 PM are typically processed the same day.

SMS and email notifications sent at each stage.
7.1 Delivery Attempts
- First Attempt: As per scheduled date
- Second Attempt: Next business day (if undeliverable)
- Third Attempt: Customer contacted for arrangement
7.2 Undeliverable Orders
If we cannot deliver after 3 attempts:
- Order returned to warehouse
- Customer notified
- Refund processed (minus shipping fee)
- Redelivery available (additional charges apply)
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
8.1 Availability
- Available across Bangladesh
- Advance payment option available
8.2 COD Limits
- Maximum order value: ৳50,000
- Additional verification may be required
- 2-3% COD handling fee on orders above ৳10,000
9. Signature Requirements
- Orders above ৳5,000 require signature
- Government-issued ID may be requested
- Authorization letter needed for proxy acceptance

- Covers loss, damage, or theft
- Fee: 2% of order value

- Expect 1-3 days additional delivery time
- Order early to ensure timely delivery

- Limited COD availability

16. Damaged During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged:
- Document damage with photos
- Do not sign as "delivered in good condition"

- We'll arrange replacement or refund
If your package shows delivered but not received:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Verify delivery address
- Contact courier company
- Report to us within 48 hours
- We'll investigate and resolve
